Bungalows
We have five bungalows. Three are freestanding and two are connected to each other. They range in size form 225-275 sq. ft. but have all of the same features as the Deluxe rooms, except that they have one double bed or two single beds.

Deluxe Rooms
We have four deluxe rooms which all have a private patio, A/C, fans, new contemporary bathrooms, hair dryers, Cable TV, wireless internet access, private safe, refrigerator and mini bar. Our deluxe rooms are 375 sq. ft. They have two double beds or one double bed and two single beds.

RATES FOR 2010 & 2011

Peak Season:
» From December 21 to January 3

High season:
» From November 1 to April 30 and July/August

Green Season:
» From May 1 to June 30

Low season:
» From September 1 to October 31

 

 NOTES:
Rates for Children: Ages 6-12, $10.00 extra per night 
Ages 13+ pay the same as an adult. 
Continental breakfast included
Room taxes of 13% are additional

Payment Policy
We need your credit card number and expiration date to make your reservation. We charge your credit card for one night at the time you make your reservation. The remaining balance is not charged until you check out of our hotel.

Cancellation Policy
High season: From November 1 to April 30 and July/August
Before 30 days prior to arrival date no charge
15-30 Days prior to arrival date 25% charge
3-15 Days prior to arrival date 50% charge
Less than 3 days prior to arrival date 100% charge

Green Season / Low season: From May 1 to June 30 and September/October
Before 15 days prior to arrival date no charge
3-15 Days prior to arrival date 25% charge
Less than 3 days prior to arrival date 100% charge
